Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlwyn Tan is a repeat founder and hands-on CTO with nine years of experience building and scaling products from zero to one, most recently co-leading Disco through an acquisition in 2024 and now building an operations OS for academies. He combines startup grit with engineering discipline—shipping fast, owning end-to-end systems, and working closely with customers to automate messy backend workflows. A Stanford computer science undergrad and former Uber intern, he brings product-first technical leadership and a track record of moving teams from prototype to live customers. Based in Kuala Lumpur, he’s actively hiring engineers who want ownership and impact, and he’s known for turning ambiguous problems into pragmatic, production-ready solutions.
