Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlyson Silva is a senior software architect and engineer with over a decade of experience designing and delivering scalable, secure back-end systems for startups and fintechs from São Paulo. He specializes in payment platforms—checkout, tokenization, split payments, subscriptions and complex webhook orchestration—and has led architecture and delivery across modular DDD/Clean Architecture systems. Comfortable both coding (PHP, Go) and owning technical direction, he blends pragmatic engineering with strong team leadership, mentoring, and CI/CD/DevOps practices. Known for rigorous code quality (Object Calisthenics, SOLID, automated testing and static analysis) he repeatedly transforms legacy APIs into resilient, event-driven microservices. An inquisitive, detail-oriented problem solver, he often pairs high-level strategic vision with hands-on implementation of observability, security and performance improvements.
