Top SchoolAman Kubanychbek is a seasoned software engineer with 12 years of experience building full-stack web products and leading small teams in fast-paced startup and public-sector projects. He combines hands-on TypeScript/React front-end expertise with C# and Node.js backend skills, having shipped consumer-facing features at scale (notably on Miro’s Presentations team during a period of rapid growth) and built a local ride-hailing service on AWS. Known for mentoring engineers, improving developer workflows, and creating reusable app boilerplates, he thrives at the intersection of product delivery and technical leadership. Comfortable owning architecture through to launch, Aman also brings practical customer-driven product instincts from early-stage startups where he handled product ideation and user development. Based in Bishkek, he blends pragmatic engineering with a track record of raising code quality and team velocity across diverse domains.
