👤
SeniorAmanda Mattos is an Engineering Manager with over a decade of hands-on software and leadership experience, currently driving platform and CI/CD initiatives to accelerate DevOps adoption. She combines deep Agile/Kanban practice with a strong engineering background, having led platform strategy and delivery roles at ThoughtWorks and Clutch across LATAM. Amanda excels at translating systems thinking into pragmatic process, cultural and tooling changes—designing deployment pipelines, infrastructure-as-code and test automation to reduce cycle time and improve quality. Her career spans enterprise modernization for Petrobras and telecoms to technical leadership in research institutions, giving her rare fluency in both legacy enterprise stacks and modern cloud-native toolchains. Passionate about people behavior and continuous learning, she is a change agent who measures success by sustainable team capability increases as much as by technical metrics. Based in Rio de Janeiro, she brings a practical, systems-level mindset to complex organizational transformations.
