Top SchoolAmber Craig is a Lead Content Designer with 10 years of experience turning complex technical systems into clear, human-centered product experiences. Grounded in an MS in Technical Communications and a background in technical writing, she excels at embedding concise, consistent content into design systems—shaping everything from onboarding flows and error states to naming systems and activity logs. At Salesforce she’s been the solo content voice on teams, transforming cluttered interfaces into intuitive launchpads and advocating for user-first clarity across cross-functional partnerships. Comfortable in messy, ambiguous projects, she combines a strategic, collaborative approach with a knack for asking the right questions to connect product, UX, and engineering. Notably, her early work on developer and user documentation at IBM and her experience across hardware and software give her a rare fluency in both UI microcopy and large-scale documentation strategy.
