Senior🎓
Top SchoolAmber Williams is a senior full-stack engineer based in London with 8 years of experience building scalable web and AI-driven products using TypeScript, Python, Node.js and React. She led her company's first AI initiative to anonymize and summarize financial advisor meetings—integrating multi-model ensembles into Salesforce and saving an estimated 156 team days per year—while also owning core Document Management and CI/CD automation work. Amber has a strong ML-adjacent background from roles at Kortical and NOVA, shipping data-preparation and AutoML features as well as an AI-driven NHS blood routing app that improved performance. She consistently drives measurable operational improvements (fast refactors that saved weeks of work) and raises engineering standards through test coverage, Playwright end-to-end suites, and GitHub Actions. A mentor to mid- and junior engineers, she pairs hands-on coding with pragmatic product focus across cloud and on-prem tooling. Outside typical full-stack work, she leverages NLP and data-analysis skills to turn noisy meeting and document data into compliant, actionable business assets.
