Top SchoolAmilcar Erazo is a Colombia-based co-founder and software engineer with 11 years of experience building web and mobile products that simplify everyday life. He has founded and led multiple startups and development shops—Meru, Miit, Dreamlopers, Koiik and others—bringing hands-on full-stack expertise across Node, Ruby on Rails, Meteor, React and mobile platforms. His background spans fintech and remittances (Remepagos), consumer social apps (Miit, Vadio, Shoppr) and high-growth platforms (Rappi, Nubank), showing a knack for turning product ideas into shipped experiences. Comfortable both leading teams and writing core firmware-level C/C++ early in his career, he blends product instinct with deep technical breadth. Based in Bogotá, he combines entrepreneurial grit with a persistent focus on creating tech that moves people offline and closer together. An understated strength: he repeatedly builds collaborative, synchronous social features that prioritize real-world connection over passive consumption.
