Top SchoolAmina Echchiki is a bioinformatician and business associate with ten years of experience bridging research, technical documentation, customer-facing support, and operational leadership. She has built and maintained genome analysis pipelines, taught bioinformatics courses, and led quality management and data protection activities in a genomics SaaS environment, while also running a self-financed local moving and services business in Lausanne. Comfortable from Linux servers and Snakemake to GDPR processes and invoice cycles, she excels at turning complex technical requirements into clear documentation, tests, and customer-ready solutions. Her background in hands-on lab work and vaccine preparation during the pandemic gives her practical operational insight that complements her computational skills. Fast to learn and pragmatic, she thrives on roles that combine problem-solving, teaching, and building reliable processes across science and business.
