Top SchoolAmira Valliani is a startup founder and strategic partnerships leader with 15 years of experience building products, policy, and market strategy at the intersection of tech and public affairs. As Head of Strategic Partnerships at the Solana Foundation she drives payments, stablecoin, and DePIN adoption, helping enterprise partners integrate blockchain from strategy through product execution. She previously built and exited Glow, a venture-backed creator subscription platform that became a default membership solution for 50,000+ podcasters, demonstrating repeatable product-to-market launch skills. Her background includes senior policy roles in the Obama White House and the State Department, giving her a rare fluency in both global policy and developer-focused ecosystems. Based in Cambridge, MA, she combines operator grit with systems-level thinking—equally comfortable pitching investors, drafting policy briefs, or shipping code as an independent developer. Her track record shows an emphasis on using technology to drive inclusive economic outcomes rather than growth for growth’s sake.
