Top SchoolAmit Bansal is a founder and CEO with 11 years of experience building product-driven startups from Bengaluru, currently leading MainCross Prosocial+ and NextElection. Trained as an electronics engineer with a PGSEM in high-technology management from IIM Bangalore, he blends hardware-era discipline with modern full-stack internet software instincts. He’s a practical maker—“butcher, baker, candlestick maker”—who ships both backend and frontend systems and runs the day-to-day hustle of early-stage ventures. Founder of MainCross Social+, Amit combines technical depth with entrepreneurial grit, often iterating quickly over product, growth and operations while keeping coffee close at hand. An uncommon strength is his cross-domain fluency: he has navigated from semiconductor engineering to web platforms, making him adept at translating complex technical constraints into usable products.
