Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolAmit Kosti is a Lead Engineer based in Berlin with 12 years of experience building high-performance, scalable systems across fintech and enterprise domains. He has led projects from founding-product work to production-grade platform components, notably architecting a low-latency Streaming Feature Store and contributing to a BNPL risk decision engine using Go, Kafka, Kubernetes and AWS. Comfortable across the stack, Amit has modernized legacy Rails front-ends to React, improved search relevancy with Elasticsearch, and automated workflows for dunning and debt collection with AWS Pinpoint and SQS. He pairs hands-on engineering with team leadership—mentoring engineers, running code reviews, and driving CI/CD integrations. Colleagues value his blend of pragmatic architecture and delivery focus, and he brings a pattern-oriented approach born from building multi-tenant products and in-house billing systems early in his career.
