He specializes in migrating monoliths to cloud-native GCP/AWS microservices, embedding observability/SLOs and DevSecOps, and operationalizing generative and agentic AI to boost developer productivity and reduce escaped defects. At Equifax he led The Work Number’s global engineering modernization—improving scalability ~3x, deployment velocity ~50%, and introducing LLM-driven documentation and test automation that cut review toil and defects substantially. Known for translating complex engineering practices into reusable playbooks and CI/CD-integrated patterns, he blends hands-on implementation with strategic alignment to OKRs, risk, and cost. Based in O’Fallon, Missouri, he’s equally passionate about responsible AI adoption and building engineering cultures that scale both technology and trust.
