Top SchoolAmmar Shah is a Melbourne-based engineering manager and founder with over a decade of experience building and scaling product-focused teams and agencies. He has a track record of turning small freelance collectives into structured companies—leading operations, engineering, finance and business development across APAC and the Middle East. At Design Mojo he manages end-to-end delivery, customer support and process optimization, while at ALAF Digital he helped secure investment and grow the team from 4 to nearly 10 employees. His background blends hands-on product engineering, marketing and strategy, and he’s comfortable moving between technical delivery and client-facing roles. Notably, he pairs an MBA in supply chain with a software engineering degree, reflecting both operational rigor and technical depth.
