Senior🎓
Top SchoolAmos Chen is a data-driven supply chain and financial analyst with 10 years of experience turning complex operational and financial data into clear, actionable business insights. With a Master’s in Business Analytics from Washington University in St. Louis, he has built forecasting and KPI models that drove 150% YoY sales growth and cut operating costs by half across multi-warehouse operations. Amos blends hands-on inventory and process improvements—implementing SKU zoning, FIFO, and location mapping—with robust financial modeling in Excel, SQL, and Tableau to improve transparency and decision-making. He has led cross-functional initiatives spanning procurement, production, logistics, and marketing to optimize margins and stock flow for hundreds of SKUs. Notably, his practical fixes at site level (e.g., visual labeling and exception handling for moisture-damaged freight) have directly reduced material risk and improved yield. Based in Cypress, Texas, he seeks roles that connect financial planning, business intelligence, and operational performance to drive measurable results.
