Top SchoolAmy Brokamp is a healthcare-focused project manager and Epic-certified analyst with 10 years of experience delivering complex implementations, revenue cycle modernization, and operational improvements across large health systems. Holding a Six Sigma Black Belt and M.Ed. in Executive HRD, she blends clinical systems expertise (Grand Central and Prelude) with process design, change management, and measurable outcomes such as multimillion-dollar reimbursement recoveries and backlog eliminations. She has led cross-functional teams through go-lives, seasonal upgrades, and JV projects, and is comfortable translating technical build details into stakeholder-facing architecture and training materials. Notably, Amy pairs deep Epic bed planning, logistics, and ADT knowledge with hands-on performance analytics and documentation automation developed earlier in her career. Based in Cincinnati, she brings a pragmatic, compliance-minded approach to projects that must align clinical workflows, security, and operational resilience.
