Top SchoolAn Huggins is a Senior iOS Engineer based in Brighton with 14+ years focused on crafting high-quality mobile experiences and eight years in professional iOS roles. At Sainsbury’s she leads the Groceries iOS app modernization, driving SwiftUI adoption, MVVM + Coordinator architecture, and robust testing and CI/CD practices to improve stability and release velocity. She has a track record of shipping consumer-facing apps at scale—her personal portfolio includes nine App Store apps, one of which reached 1.6M downloads and multiple features—while also delivering complex enterprise apps like CommBank. Comfortable owning end-to-end delivery, she pairs hands-on coding (async/await, snapshot and UI tests, network mocking) with product-driven collaboration across PM, UX and backend teams. A mentor and process advocate, she enforces team standards (SwiftLint, SonarQube), leads release rotations, and leverages analytics and A/B testing for data-informed rollouts.
