Top SchoolAna Gomes is a product and technology leader with 10 years of experience building high-performing engineering teams and shipping fast, impactful products—often turning complex MVPs into production in 3–4 months. As Head of Technology and now Head of Products at Kobe Apps, she has led +25 engineers and testers, achieved an eNPS of 100, maintained >97% crash-free rates, and helped convert and retain major e-commerce clients through product discovery and technical consultancy. She combines hands-on mobile engineering roots (including a retail app with over 1M downloads and AR experiences) with a strategic, data-driven approach to OKRs, KPIs and cost-saving initiatives. A seasoned facilitator, Ana has run 20+ workshops on design thinking and discovery, and mentors startups and students as a business mentor and postgraduate coordinator. Her background in interaction design, product management and leadership makes her especially effective at translating technical complexity into clear business outcomes and inclusive team practices. An unusual strength: she pairs deep mobile implementation experience with proven organizational design skills that measurably reduce turnover and elevate team maturity.
