Top SchoolAnand Soni is an engineering leader with 13 years of experience building cloud-native, event-driven systems across healthcare, fintech, tax, trading and data engineering. Currently an Engineering Manager II at Uber in Bengaluru, he has led teams that delivered high-impact products used by millions—previously scaling payments and billing systems at Intuit and powering digital healthcare at Halodoc. He combines strong product sensibility with hands-on technical depth from his IIT Bombay computer science background, routinely moving critical microservices to AWS and architecting resilient distributed systems. Anand’s career blends startup grit (steering engineering at a stealth startup and Zolvit) with enterprise rigor, and he’s particularly passionate about turning complex data pipelines into reliable, user-facing products. An understated thread through his work is applying analytics and automation to reduce operational friction and amplify developer productivity.
