Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAnders Chen is a Staff Software Engineer with 11 years of experience focused on infrastructure, SRE, and production engineering across fast-moving SaaS and security companies. He currently leads platform and reliability efforts at Wistia after SRE and production engineering roles at SentinelOne and Shopify, bringing deep operational experience to developer-facing infrastructure. Anders has repeatedly partnered with product and analytics teams—dating back to analytics work at Ooyala—to turn large-scale data and reliability challenges into maintainable systems. He blends hands-on engineering with ownership of runbooks, incident response, and capacity planning, often working at the intersection of developer productivity and system resilience. Known for returning to Wistia in a senior infrastructure role, he demonstrates both institutional knowledge and a pragmatic approach to long-lived platform problems. Trained at Rose-Hulman, he pairs solid computer science fundamentals with a bias for measurable, production-safe outcomes.
