Top SchoolAnders Møldrup is a pragmatic technical leader and architect with over a decade of experience building data, search and distributed systems, now heading Data Science and AI Solutions at ISS. He combines TOGAF-backed enterprise architecture with hands-on expertise in event streaming (Apache Kafka), search technologies (Lucene/Solr, Elasticsearch) and cloud-native microservices to deliver secure, scalable data integration at enterprise scale. Anders champions product-thinking over project-thinking, applying agile and lean-startup principles to turn data platforms into long-lived, user-focused products. His background spans both vendor and customer sides, from public libraries and research-focused systems to large-scale operational analytics at ISS. Colleagues know him for bridging architecture and delivery—driving methodology and tooling (DevOps/DataOps) while still coding in Java, Python and Scala when needed.
