Top SchoolAndré Ejzenmesser is a senior cybersecurity analyst and computer engineer with a decade of hands-on experience bridging backend, DevOps and offensive security across startups and aerospace. He helped build e-commerce infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines at dolado before transitioning to Embraer, where he performed red-team penetration testing and developed Security-by-Design processes for aircraft systems as part of a collaboration with ITA. Now on the AppSec team at Banco Genial, he combines practical pentesting skills with system design experience to secure complex, regulated environments. His leadership background—from youth movement director roles to year-long studies and volunteer work in Israel—underscores strong interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skills often applied to stakeholder-facing security work. Holding a Computer Engineering degree from Insper and a master’s in Aeronautical Engineering from ITA, he brings both software depth and domain-specific aerospace expertise to cybersecurity challenges.
