Top SchoolAndré Faria Gomes is a seasoned Tech CEO with 17 years of experience scaling Bluesoft from a 10-person startup to a 250+ professional SaaS ERP leader in São Paulo, delivering sustained revenue growth above 30% annually. He combines deep domain expertise in ERP and retail technology—covering accounting, Brazilian tax compliance, logistics, inventory and supply chain—with hands-on leadership across Technology, Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations and HR. An advocate of Agile and Management 3.0, André drives cultural transformation and productivity improvements while authoring books on productivity and agile practices and translating influential management works into Portuguese. He also invests in and mentors startups through WOW Aceleradora, serves on boards and advises growth-stage tech companies, and recently joined 3R Partners as a strategic advisor. With an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he blends academic rigor with practical operational discipline. Less obvious: he frequently pairs product strategy with engineering craft, personally shepherding Bluesoft’s transition to cloud SaaS platforms that modernize retail operations.
