Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndre Felix is a Principal Software Engineer based in Dublin with over two decades of experience delivering complex Java EE and cloud-native systems while leading teams through architecture, migration and automation efforts. He combines deep Java expertise (EJB, JMS, JEE, REST/SOAP) with recent hands-on work in Azure, Kubernetes, Spring Boot and CI/CD to modernize legacy platforms and build security and fraud-detection services. As a former postgraduate professor and frequent trainer, he pairs technical leadership with a strong aptitude for mentoring, curriculum design and translating business needs into robust technical specs. His track record includes large-scale migrations (Delphi/Clipper to Java), automated test and deployment pipelines, and introducing search and private-cloud solutions across multinational teams. Oracle-certified to the architect level, he is equally comfortable in low-level JVM details and high-level cloud orchestration, often bridging gaps between operations and development. A pragmatic problem-solver, he has a pattern-driven design approach and a habit of automating repetitive tasks that measurably improve team velocity and system reliability.
