Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndre Freitas is a pragmatic full stack Web Developer with 11 years of experience and eight years focused on building large-scale applications for startups and productizing internal tools. He designs and ships end-to-end systems—from requirements and architecture to CI/CD and front-end UX—using Node.js/NestJS, React/Next.js, MySQL/MongoDB and AWS, with a strong discipline in Clean Architecture and TDD. His work spans payments, credit sales and anti-fraud pipelines, AI-assisted hiring workflows, and cost-optimized microservice designs that cut infrastructure use in half. Comfortable leading projects from scratch or improving in-progress platforms, he blends hands-on coding with product thinking and a knack for translating complex business rules (including payroll-deducted credit compliance) into resilient, auditable systems. Based in Paraná, Brazil, he pairs startup speed with production rigor and a history of turning internal tooling into market-facing products.
