Summary
👤
SeniorAndre Hildinger is a Principal Application Engineer with nearly two decades of software experience and 12 years in senior technical roles, currently leading UI and platform efforts from Bradenton, Florida. He architects and ships scalable front-end component systems—most recently building company-wide React and React Native component libraries in TypeScript that improved accessibility and developer experience across hundreds of applications. Andre blends hands-on engineering (unit, visual, and accessibility testing, Storybook, GitHub Actions) with platform thinking, having also designed enterprise CI/CD pipelines and microservices to boost performance and reliability. He has a strong Java backend pedigree and a track record modernizing legacy systems, from ERP and POS to cloud-native services. Known for partnering closely with designers and cross-functional teams, he turns design systems into production-ready, brand-compliant tooling that accelerates delivery. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic architecture and for scaling developer productivity across large engineering organizations.
