Top SchoolAndre Kradolfer is a software architect with 14 years of hands-on experience building web applications, currently leading architecture at HeroDevs after senior and founder roles at Nerd United, Everra, and Hexly. He specializes in front-end technologies while retaining deep back-end expertise—having built RESTful services in Java and Node.js and deployed systems on Google and AWS platforms. Andre has a track record of shipping production systems for both enterprise and startup contexts, from global Church tools to commercial SaaS and experimental projects. As a co-founder and CTO he blends product-minded engineering with technical leadership, repeatedly moving ideas from prototype to deployed service.
