Top SchoolAndré Setti is a goal-oriented Tech Lead with 9 years of experience building scalable backend systems, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure across fintech and data-focused environments. He currently leads engineering at Unlock Technologies after progressing from Senior Engineer to Backend Lead, driving product launches and process optimizations. His background spans end-to-end delivery—from offline-first mobile apps that saved field teams hours per job to designing REST and GraphQL APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform-based GCP infrastructure. Comfortable shipping full-stack solutions, he has particular strength in fintech integrations, accessibility-focused frontends, and data pipeline work for new data lakes. Known for pragmatic engineering choices that accelerate delivery (e.g., selecting Flutter/Firebase to cut delivery time by 3x), he combines hands-on coding with people leadership to move teams from prototype to production. Open to opportunities across the US and LATAM, he brings a practical blend of technical depth and product-minded execution.
