Top SchoolAndrea Anastasi is a Chief of Staff and People & Culture leader with 11+ years of experience scaling startups from Seed to Series B, now applying that expertise at Yakkyo after leading global talent efforts at QuestDB. She designs pragmatic people systems that reduce early-stage chaos without adding bureaucracy, balancing autonomy, clarity, and performance while coaching founders through growth, conflict, and change. Her background spans hands-on talent sourcing and employer branding across tech and manufacturing SaaS, plus agency and consultancy roles for firms like McKinsey and eBay, giving her a rare mix of strategic and executional fluency. Based between Oregon and Italy, she combines international management and law degrees with a test-and-learn mindset—“Learn, Test, Repeat”—and a knack for turning distributed teams into sustainable cultures.
