Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrea Canton is a Senior Product Engineer with over a decade of experience building web and cloud applications from Italy’s Veneto region, known for turning messy deployment processes into reliable, fast delivery pipelines. He blends hands-on full-stack work (C#, .NET, Angular, Ruby on Rails, Node, Magento) with developer enablement—leading CI/CD adoption, instrumenting apps with OpenTelemetry, and running internal workshops that uplift teams. Andrea has a track record of pragmatic impact, from cutting deployment time from hours to minutes to boosting service revenue through repeatable mobile delivery processes. He enjoys sharing knowledge—creating a multi-hour workshop for students and regular team training—so mentoring and process improvements are core to his approach. Comfortable across product and infrastructure concerns, Andrea focuses on solving user problems before they surface and making engineering work more predictable and collaborative.
