Top SchoolAndrea Cherici is a Software and Solution Architect with nine years of focused experience designing cloud-native and microservices architectures and leading cloud transformation initiatives for large Italian public and private organizations. Based in Rome, he has driven migrations to container platforms, implemented GitOps for infrastructure, and designed interoperable data & analytics frameworks integrating tools like Jupyter, CKAN, and Grafana. He combines hands-on system design and development with people leadership—hiring, assigning roles, and setting coding standards—while producing client-facing technical documentation and demos. His background spans long-term modernization projects (INPS, SOGEI, Agenzia del Farmaco) and research-driven innovation on monitoring, caching, and SPID-federated access, showing a practical appetite for scalable, secure integrations. Notably, he pairs deep legacy-system reengineering experience with modern DevOps practices, enabling teams to transition monoliths to resilient distributed systems.
