Top SchoolAndrea Collet is a Software Engineering Lead based in Milan with over a decade of hands-on experience building and leading front-end and e-commerce transformations. With roots as a designer, he uniquely blends interaction design sensibility with strong technical expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript and headless CMS integrations to deliver cohesive omnichannel experiences. He has led cross-border teams and driven platform consolidations and cost optimizations for major Italian brands, while also codifying workflows like automated Swagger-to-TypeScript generation to reduce integration risk. Comfortable across the stack, Andrea pairs front-end craftsmanship and Storybook-documented component systems with backend integrations and automation. Known for mentoring engineers and translating complex functional needs into clear technical specs, he thrives at the intersection of product, design and engineering. His background in visual and multimedia communication gives him an uncommon ability to turn design intent into robust, reusable code.
