Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrea Dell'amico is an experienced SRE and availability manager with over two decades of hands-on expertise designing, deploying and operating large-scale infrastructure for research and public-sector organizations. At ISTI-CNR he led the build-out of OpenStack/Ceph hyperconverged platforms, identity-integrated services and CI/provisioning automation that moved release cadence from quarterly to twice-weekly while dramatically reducing downtime. He combines capacity planning, observability and automation—Ansible/TripleO, Prometheus-style monitoring patterns and log stacks—to keep complex PaaS/IaaS environments resilient and scalable. Earlier roles as CTO and founder honed his product-minded systems integration skills across HA web, mail, DNS and Hadoop ecosystems. Based in Tuscany, he brings a practical blend of architecture, operational rigor and a longtime focus on making infrastructure transparent to users.
