Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrea Fabry is a Senior Data Platform Engineer and data modeler with 8 years of experience helping B2B SaaS startups build reliable, cost-efficient analytics stacks. She’s repeatedly been the “first data hire,” designing warehouses and analytics workflows (Stitch/dbt/Snowflake/Looker, Databricks) and leading migrations that preserved customer uptime. Andrea blends hands-on engineering—dbt testing, CICD, performance tuning—with team-building, having grown and led engineering squads through platform transitions. Her background as a decision scientist and longtime interest in the math behind systems informs pragmatic modeling and forecasting work that ties product metrics to business outcomes. Based in Germany, she also brings an unusual humanities-to-data trajectory (PhD-level study in comparative literature), which sharpens her communication and documentation practices.
