Top SchoolAndrea Ferracci is a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with 11 years of focused experience and over two decades in IT across development, architecture, automation and production management. Based in Rome, he has led technical architecture and integration initiatives at BNL/BNP Paribas and transitioned into technical project management and QA leadership at PagoPA, bringing deep expertise in PaaS (OpenShift), CI/CD automation (Jenkins, Ansible) and observability (Splunk). He combines hands-on coding and middleware design roots (Java, TIBCO, Java EE) with pragmatic platform thinking to shepherd complex enterprise deployments from proof-of-concept to production. Known for staying calm under pressure, Andrea emphasizes knowledge sharing and team support while making decisive trade-offs in problem solving. An engineer who moved organically from hardware assembly to enterprise architecture, he brings rare end-to-end perspective across infrastructure, integration and application layers.
