Top SchoolAndrea Middleton is a systems-focused technologist with nine years of experience helping organizations make technology more usable, efficient, and valuable for people. She has led digital transformations—most recently directing a midstream iMIS to EMS upgrade, cleaning thousands of obsolete website items, and designing migration and content strategies—while bridging customers, stakeholders, and engineers to keep projects on track. Her background spans technical support, implementation, and training at organizations like Epic and KARL STORZ, where she improved project throughput, built SharePoint training hubs, and automated workflows with Excel VBA. Known for pragmatic process improvements, she pairs hands-on troubleshooting (MUMPS, SQL exposure, server environments) with user-centered adoption work and measurable impact. Unusually for a technologist, she also took a year-long, solo travel sabbatical that sharpened her project planning and independent problem-solving through real-world logistics and reflection. Based in Madison, Wisconsin, she’s pursuing deeper iMIS administration credentials to formalize her systems expertise.
