Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrea Pavoni is a senior backend developer based in Tivoli, Italy, with roughly 15 years of professional experience building resilient backend systems across Elixir, Ruby, Go and Rust ecosystems. He has repeatedly designed and delivered microservice, CQRS/ES and CI/CD architectures for insurance, e‑commerce and SaaS products, and has a strong track record of integrating messaging, containerization and observability into production systems. Comfortable bridging development and operations, he has taken hybrid roles spanning DevOps, sysadmin and team coaching, which informs pragmatic choices for scalability and deployment. Andrea’s background in sociology gives him an uncommon perspective on product communication and team dynamics, helping translate complex requirements into maintainable services. Currently focused on senior backend work, he brings both deep hands‑on coding and operational experience to large distributed systems.
