Top SchoolAndrea Schiavini is a Milan-based creative entrepreneur and co-founder of 22 Layers, blending 16 years of multidisciplinary experience in content creation, photography, filmmaking, sound design, and brand-driven creative direction. He pairs a formal background in sound design from Istituto Europeo di Design with hands-on work for fashion and lifestyle clients such as Dior, Valentino, Lacoste and Salvatore Ferragamo, translating sensory storytelling into distinctive brand identities. As a maker he remains technical—comfortable as a Ruby on Rails developer and (neo)vim enthusiast—which helps him bridge creative production and lightweight engineering workflows. Known for letting work speak louder than words, he builds practical creative systems that prioritize cultural resonance and cross-media consistency.
