Top SchoolAndrea Spoldi is a Senior Platform Engineer with 14 years of hands-on experience designing cloud-native architectures and internal developer platforms, primarily on AWS. He has scaled multi-tenant systems from hundreds to thousands of tenants, built self-service portals with Backstage, and implemented GitOps-driven delivery workflows using FluxCD and Kubernetes. His work focuses on reducing infrastructure complexity for developers through abstractions, improving observability and operational feedback, and mentoring infrastructure teams. Recently he’s been exploring Generative AI to make platform interactions more intent-driven—helping scaffold services, surface documentation, and accelerate onboarding. Based in the Greater Bergamo area, Andrea blends deep operational experience with a platform-first mindset that prioritizes developer experience and measurable time-to-market improvements.
