Top SchoolAndrea Strange is a Senior Business System Analyst with a decade of experience translating complex business needs into robust system requirements across finance, procurement, and regulatory domains. She combines strong data modeling and SOA integration skills with hands-on familiarity in SQL, Java, and web technologies to drive ERP and SaaS projects from requirements through UAT and deployment. Known for producing clear UML and CASE-tool designs, she has led decommissioning and warehouse consolidation efforts that validated and reconciled disparate data sources. Andrea brings deep domain knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOX, IRS, Section 508) and payment regulations, pairing that with agile delivery and mentoring of junior analysts. Her background spans consultative roles at large enterprises like Humana, Cargill, and Wolters Kluwer, where she consistently balanced governance needs with practical, cost-conscious solutions. An atypical strength is her blend of usability-focused research and financial systems expertise, enabling functional designs that meet both regulatory and user experience goals.
