Top SchoolAndrea Tomatis is a visionary technology executive and Technical Director with over 20 years of experience uniting IT and OT to deliver scalable industrial and smart lighting solutions. He leads global, multi-site R&D organizations across Europe and India, orchestrating 24-hour development cycles and driving platform-based product roadmaps that embed AI, IoT, and Industry 4.0 capabilities. Known for harmonizing distinct engineering cultures, he has a strong track record in organizational restructuring, crisis management, and maintaining talent retention above 95%. His career mixes deep research credentialsโa PhD and early work on GNSS and vehicular networksโwith pragmatic delivery, including modular platform launches and measurable customer-service turnarounds.
