Top SchoolAndreas Gabor is a seasoned freelance Scala engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience building distributed, cloud-native systems using the Akka toolkit, Kubernetes, and GitOps workflows. He has a long track record of senior consulting roles across German tech firms and startups, often steering streaming, clustering, and persistence solutions integrated with ElasticSearch and Cassandra. A practical founder as well as developer, he runs his own engineering practice and two Hamburg-based ventures, combining product-minded thinking with deep technical craft. Known for shipping resilient systems in both bare-metal and cloud environments, he blends agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) with pragmatic architecture decisions. Despite currently not taking new projects, his profile reflects rare end-to-end expertise in Scala-based distributed systems and operational deployment.
