Top SchoolAndreas Nick is a CEO and hands-on virtualization specialist with two decades in IT, leading Nick Informationstechnik GmbH from Hanover to deliver complex Citrix, VMware and Microsoft virtualization and application-delivery projects. He architects and implements server and application virtualization solutions—specializing in XenDesktop/XenApp, Netscaler, VMware Horizon and Microsoft App‑V—while also offering MSI packaging, SCCM deployment and automation workshops. As a developer he created widely used tooling such as a Citrix-to-App‑V converter (AppBot) and a XenDesktop patch manager, reflecting a practitioner’s focus on automation and operational reliability. He speaks and contributes on PowerShell and IT automation topics, blending consulting leadership with hands‑on engineering. Certified across Citrix, VMware and Microsoft, he runs both a consulting firm and a cloud workflow business (COREmag) that applies configurable process automation to enterprise needs. Quietly entrepreneurial, he pairs a Dipl.-Ing. from FH‑Hannover with a track record of shipping pragmatic tools that solve real-world virtualization pain points.
