Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndreas Pfeiffer is a hands-on CTO and founder with 11+ years of professional experience building resilient hosting, network and managed‑service platforms from Berlin. He leads Netstack, which he helped grow since 2009 into a specialist for hotel IT—delivering high‑availability web services, bespoke TV/network solutions and a Wi‑Fi footprint spanning hundreds of square kilometers and 900+ access points. Prior roles at Zalando (Cloud & Network Architect, Monitoring Specialist, Engineering Manager) sharpened his expertise in large‑scale systems, observability and team leadership. He combines operator instincts with product thinking to turn slow websites and flaky WLAN into measurable guest‑experience and business improvements. Known for pragmatism over buzzwords, he focuses on long‑term partnerships and proactive support rather than one‑off fixes.
