Top SchoolAndreas Rusch is a Lead Software Engineer and IT Architect based in Risch-Rotkreuz, Switzerland, with around 8 years in senior roles and a much longer hands-on engineering pedigree dating back to the late 1990s. He specializes in software architecture, Java and Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL databases and Azure, currently shaping business application landscapes at enovetic ag. His career includes senior and principal engineering roles at AXON IVY and RSA Security, where he combined deep technical implementation with system-level design. Andreas pairs a business information technology background from the University of Zurich with practical experience across consulting and product-focused firms, enabling him to translate complex requirements into robust, maintainable systems. Colleagues see him as an architect who still codes—bridging strategy and execution—and who favors pragmatic, cloud-ready designs over theoretical purity. An understated trait is his longevity across both enterprise security and modern cloud stacks, giving him a rare perspective on evolving architectural trade-offs.
