👤
SeniorAndreas Steffensen is a Frontend Engineer with nine years of hands-on experience building scalable, modular web applications, currently crafting micro frontend solutions for Norway’s tax authority, Skatteetaten. He specializes in TypeScript and React, with a strong track record of producing reusable components and integrating UIs in microfrontend architectures while collaborating across design and backend teams. His background spans DevOps automation, cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure), and data visualization with D3, reflecting a practical full-stack sensibility beyond pure front-end work. A former freelancer and consultant, Andreas blends product-focused craftsmanship with operational discipline—often automating mundane tasks to keep teams productive. Based in Nordland, he brings a creative, nomadic spirit (digital nomad and sailor) that shows up in pragmatic problem-solving and mentorship of junior developers.
