Top SchoolAndrei Karpilin is a seasoned software developer based in London with nine years of professional experience and a two-decade history of hands-on IT work spanning web development, systems engineering, and IT support. He has founded and led small technology firms (Nanodev, Nanohost), served as Head of Web Development, and now contributes as a partner and senior engineer while holding a developer role at BHI Digital UK. His background blends full-stack web development and custom CRM/online shop projects with deep infrastructure experience—networking, server administration, and field installations—gained earlier in roles integrating public transport, TETRA radio, and government systems. Comfortable shifting between leadership and craft, Andrei brings entrepreneurial pragmatism and a track record of delivering end-to-end solutions for both clients and internal products. An avid problem-solver, he pairs formal IT education with years of client-facing consultancy and hands-on hardware repair, a combination that helps him bridge software, operations, and real-world deployment challenges.
