Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrei Oros is a product and engineering leader with 12+ years in enterprise software, now directing the IT Automation product vertical at UiPath after progressing from engineering manager to principal product manager and Product Management Director. He specializes in macOS and cross-platform automation, SAP integrations, and building enterprise-grade products that scale, drawing on a prior CTO role at FLOWSTER Solutions where he led software development and growth. A pragmatic builder who "makes things happen," he combines hands-on technical roots with product strategy and team empowerment, having co-founded a health-tech startup and worked as a consultant early in his career. Based in Timișoara, he pairs academic rigor—Master’s studies and paused PhD work—with a bias for delivery and cross-functional leadership in automation platforms.
