Top SchoolAndrei Panov is a Senior Software Engineering Manager with 15+ years in software development and over eight years leading teams across mobile and backend domains. Currently at Booking.com he directs the App Platform, driving architecture, CI/CD, performance and large-scale migrations (notably high Swift/SwiftUI adoption) while building an internal community of 300+ engineers and launching cross-team initiatives. Previously at Spotify he led partner-facing voice integrations, growing a team from 4 to 12 and securing preferred music service status on multiple assistant platforms. He combines hands-on mobile engineering roots with strategic program-building—creating frameworks for app maturity, energy labeling and GenAI adoption—that measurably improved test and documentation coverage. An active mentor and community-builder, he’s passionate about turning technical debt into scalable product improvements and developing engineering talent.
