Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrei Rat is a senior frontend engineer with 10 years of experience building performant cross-platform apps and scalable web platforms from Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He blends deep React/React Native and TypeScript expertise with backend skills in Elixir/Phoenix and Node.js, often owning architecture, testing, and release pipelines end-to-end. As a two-time co-founder who has led engineering teams, he brings product-driven decision-making and a knack for turning early MVPs into client-facing, production-ready systems. He has a track record of modernizing codebases—migrating Expo apps to pure React Native, establishing design systems, and improving UX and performance metrics. Comfortable in fast-paced startups, Andrei pairs hands-on coding with roadmap shaping and client collaboration. His motto—“Impossible only means that you haven't found the solution yet”—reflects a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to complex engineering challenges.
