Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrés B is a manufacturing technology leader with over a decade of hands-on experience translating AI, Digital Twins, and embedded systems into resilient, scalable factory strategies for Siemens and global customers. He architects global manufacturing footprints and greenfield electronics facilities—most recently optimizing a sustainable production site in Singapore—while previously building Siemens’ gigafactory solutions to take battery production from pilot to mass scale. Grounded in a Dipl.-Ing. from TU München and early research in control, CFD and reinforcement-learning–based process optimization, he blends deep technical rigor with cross-functional program delivery. A World Economic Forum NGIL cohort member, Andrés combines R&D pedigree and shop-floor pragmatism to de-risk product transfers and accelerate NPI, often surfacing simulation-driven insights that reduce commissioning time and energy use.
